Coiling onto smaller rolls designed for mechanical or hand labelling

The final production process in self-adhesive label production is the cutting and coiling of labels onto cardboard tubes.

This is where the wishes and demands of customers vary, depending on their labelling machines. Companies that use larger quantities of labels have a higher number of labels on a cardboard tube, whereas smaller companies use a lower number. We acquire this information at the very beginning where our customers fill out a form about the direction of the coiling and the position of the labels on the roll, the outer diameter of the roll, number of labels on a roll, etc.
